About this position
Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in the foundational execution of our enterprise-wide compensation strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data analysis, and support required to build and maintain a standardized job architecture and competitive pay structure across MCG’s centers of excellence.
Requirements
· Market Data Management: Lead the participation in annual salary surveys and maintain the compensation benchmarking database to ensure MCG remains competitive.
· Job Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct initial evaluations for new and existing roles, ensuring they are accurately mapped to our standardized job architecture and leveling structures.
· Data Auditing: Perform regular audits of HRIS data to ensure job titles, grades, and FLSA statuses are accurate and consistent across the organization.
· Cycle Support: Assist in the administration of annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs by preparing workbooks, auditing submissions, and generating reports for leadership.
· Reporting & Analytics: Create monthly and ad-hoc reports regarding compensation trends, turnover, and pay equity to support strategic decision-making.
Standardization Liaison: Support the Senior Manager in updating and maintaining a centralized repository of standardized job descriptions across all business units.

Required Knowledge/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
· 2–4 years of experience in HR, Finance, or Compensation analysis.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and experience leveraging HRIS data for reporting and modeling. Paylocity experience preferred.
· Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable summaries.
· Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
