 What You’ll Do (With Purpose):

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration

• Support mobility needs and safely assist with transfers using proper equipment

• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols to keep residents and staff protected
