Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot cutting machines, including minor repairs
• Cut a variety of jobs, including business cards and small-format work
• Assist with special projects like step books and crossover jobs
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment
• Ensure all production meets quality, safety, and customer standards
• Maintain accurate production records and follow ISO procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Train and assist new or temporary employees as needed
• Work overtime, weekends, and support other departments as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience operating a cutter in a commercial printing environment
• Experience with Saber cutters preferred
