About this position

The Republican National Committee is seeking a Digital Political Manager to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing or politics. Additionally, the candidate is interested in being part of a team, collaborating with others, and working on long-term projects for the digital and political efforts of the RNC. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Overseeing the marketing schedule for voter outreach emails, texts, and other online marketing efforts.
Ensuring a smooth internal approval process for digital voter outreach content.
Managing a dynamic workload of requests from internal and external teams.
Actively communicating with and providing updates to different teams within the RNC.
Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure the timely execution of long-term projects and external requests.
Working with the digital team to track metrics, progress towards goals, and optimize content based on performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in digital marketing or politics is required.
Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills.
A self-starter, able to begin and see through long-term projects.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with and respond to requests from many different teams.
