POSITION TITLE:  

Cut, cap, and sometimes sew filters for customers with specific or abnormal size filters.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Resolve assembly and production issues.
• Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment.
• Prepare and clean assembly area prior to production setup.
• Assemble parts into complete assembly.
• Set up assembly for production.
• Inspect product to verify production specifications.
• Ability to sew.
• The ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 1 or more years in a manufacturing environment 
• 1-2 years’ sewing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  

• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Dusty, fumes, toxic chemicals.
• Cold/hot outdoor temperatures.
