 What You’ll Do 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and proven sales techniques 
  • Deliver polished sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with confidence 
  • Partner closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery 
  • Keep accurate, organized records of sales activities and client communication

Requirements:

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the maintenance or HVAC industry 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities 
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with your team 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
