Position Overview
John Garfinkel - State Farm Agency is seeking a Remote Life Insurance Specialist who will work with clients virtually to assess life and health insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions. This position allows qualified financial services professionals to serve clients from a remote work setting while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client life and health insurance needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on client goals
• Provide professional service and follow-up through phone, email, or video
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support agency retention and policy review efforts
• Collaborate with team members remotely to meet performance goals
Qualifications
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required
• Recent State Farm experience is a must.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Home-based work setup with reliable internet connectivity
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
• Compensation structured based on performance and experience
