Location: Pacific Northwest (Remote) Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon Regions.
Core Description / Role Purpose
Leads and/or participates in departmental planning activities and projects or initiatives. Ensures project activities, tasks, and deliverables are completed successfully—on time, with expected quality, and within budget—while balancing potentially competing departmental priorities and needs. Serves as a subject matter expert in project management processes and an effective communicator to promote and advance project objectives across teams and stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties
Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and complex project documentation using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Organize and maintain filing systems, webinars, and training materials
Perform complex data entry and data management while ensuring all records and business-sensitive information are developed, handled, distributed, retrieved, and archived appropriately
Collaborate with team members and Comagine Health’s contracting and compliance teams to support updates to policies and procedures, as directed
Partner with operations leaders to develop, monitor, and oversee delegated Care Management initiatives, including:
Project scoping and planning
Project and workflow management
Process improvement and prioritization
Problem-solving and cross-functional coordination
Establishing, tracking, and evaluating success metrics
Manage assigned implementation and departmental operations projects, including:
Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
Managing client communication as needed
Resolving feasibility and workflow challenges
Ensuring final deliverables are high quality and completed on time
Monitor department-wide initiatives and document project status, outcomes, and results
Position Requirements
Education
Associate’s degree (AA/AS) in healthcare, business, public health, information technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure
Not required.
Certifications
Project management certification preferred (Project Management Institute’s CAPM or PMP).
Years of Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field managing or coordinating projects or initiatives with demonstrated success, knowledge, and ongoing professional development.

Some positions may require operating a motor vehicle for business purposes; in such cases, employees must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the organization’s driving eligibility requirements. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or other work-related events.
