Our Assistant Managers support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and help create a positive, productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations
• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver excellent guest service
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and waste control
• Handle cash management, deposits, and shift paperwork
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Step into leadership during GM's absence to run smooth, successful shifts

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
