About The Role & Team

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Senior Associate to help shape and elevate our engagement with the investment community. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the market clearly understands our performance, growth strategy, and long-term value proposition.

As a senior member of the Investor Relations function, you will partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development to develop compelling investor messaging, lead quarterly earnings communications, and provide data-driven insights into investor sentiment and market positioning. You will have high visibility across the organization and meaningful exposure to the Board of Directors and external investors.

The team operates in a fast-paced, high-growth broker-dealer environment where precision, credibility, and proactive thinking are essential. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing financial and operating performance, advising senior leaders on external narrative, and driving best-in-class public company IR practices.

In This Role, You Will

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on investor messaging, market positioning, and external perception of the company.
  • Help shape and evolve the firm’s investor relations strategy, including investor targeting priorities and shareholder base optimization.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, prepared remarks, and anticipated Q&A.
  • Translate business strategy, financial performance, operating metrics, and risk factors into clear, compelling investor messaging that supports both near-term results and long-term value creation.
  • Proactively identify narrative gaps, emerging investor concerns, and areas where external messaging must evolve as the company scales.
  • Maintain active awareness of sell-side research, investor sentiment, and peer positioning; synthesize insights and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, as appropriate.
  • Partner closely with Finance to evaluate analyst models relative to internal forecasts and guidance, highlighting risks, variances, and perception gaps.
  • Lead planning and execution of the rolling 12-month investor engagement calendar, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, and key investor meetings.
  • Prepare senior executives for investor interactions through comprehensive briefing materials and message coaching.
  • Synthesize investor feedback and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that inform strategy, messaging, and capital markets priorities.
  • Support and execute strategic capital markets initiatives, including potential offerings, investor days, and other shareholder engagement efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of investor relations processes, materials, and disclosure practices consistent with public company and broker-dealer regulatory expectations.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field for Senior Associate or 6+ years of experience in relevant field for Associate Director.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or operating within a public company environment; broker-dealer, fintech, or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver investor-facing materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and executive briefing documents.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, and public company disclosure practices.
  • Experience analyzing sell-side research and financial models and translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling investor messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams simultaneously.
  • High level of judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail in a highly regulated environment.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Prior experience supporting a newly public or high-growth company.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong financial and analytical depth.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Highly organized self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building or scaling an investor relations function.
