Position:

The Production Compounder is responsible for: Scaling and weighing raw ingredients a day in advance for Production. It’s imperative the Production Compounder reads and follows job ticket instructions. 

Responsibilities:

• Scaling and weighing raw ingredients.
• Cycle Counting and cleaning.      
• Working with sugars and starches.
• Weighing product.
• Ready and follow job ticket instructions. 

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Basic math skills. 
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours.
• Frequently bending, flexing, extending, and gripping. 
• Ability to lift 45lbs consistently. 
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
