We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Documents and Process Analyst to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations by conducting thorough legal research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 

**MUST HAVE OPERATIONS AND/OR SYSTEMS ANALYST EXPERIENCE TO APPLY** 

Legal background is a plus, but NOT required. 


Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing cases and projects. 
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memos. 
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation in accordance with established protocols. 
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering relevant information and evidence. 
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates. 
  • Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations based on findings. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines. 
  • Any other duties assigned 

Requirements

 Skills 

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. 
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, including document management and office organization. 
  • Experience in legal administrative functions or as a paralegal is preferred. 
  • Excellent legal research skills to identify relevant case law and statutes. 
  • Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents with attention to detail. 
  • Strong writing skills for preparing reports, memos, and correspondence. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex legal issues critically.
