We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Bar Security Personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to prevent and respond to any incidents or disturbances.
- Check identification to verify the legal age of patrons.
- Enforce bar policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide assistance to patrons and staff as needed, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Keeping patio clear and other light cleaning at end of night.

Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This is a part time position, Friday and Saturday nights and event/special events as needed.
