About this position
Stellher Human Services is seeking a Coordinator to lead the daily operations of Willow Tree, our Adult Crisis Stabilization Program. Willow Tree serves clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This leadership role combines program oversight, staff supervision, community collaboration, and direct crisis support to ensure high-quality, client-centered care. This position may also serve as a backup on-call crisis practitioner to support program coverage and continuity of care.

Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day program operations and service delivery
- Develop staff schedules and coordinate on-call coverage
- Approve timecards and supervise assigned staff
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Provide billing oversight to ensure accurate documentation and timely billing
- Complete required grant tracking and reporting
- Monitor program data and support continuous quality improvement
- Build and maintain strong community referral relationships
- Provide direct crisis intervention, assessment, care planning, and referral coordination as needed
- Serve as backup on-call crisis practitioner when scheduled or when coverage gaps arise
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting laws, and organizational policies
Minimum Qualifications: Mental Health Practitioner
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and qualifying experience providing services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorder
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE
Mental Health Professional
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Licensed as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) in the State of Minnesota
- Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour DOE
Profit Sharing: Eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary profit-sharing program based on organizational performance.
Additional Requirements
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
