About this position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee many aspects of our human resources practices and processes for multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement.
- Identify and address training needs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
