About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Operations team as an Analyst - Fresher Full Underwriter. What You'll Do
- Review and assess applications to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Perform underwriting analysis to determine risk and eligibility.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records for underwriting processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for information clarification and follow-ups.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to make objective decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
