As a Benefits Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and internal team. You will provide technical expertise to Producers, analyze client needs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.

As a Benefits Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and internal team. You will provide technical expertise to Producers, analyze client needs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Producers to analyze client needs, coverage forms, and quotations, offering technical guidance that supports sound recommendations.
  • Manage group accounts with employee populations ranging from 5 to 200 lives, ensuring high quality service and proactive oversight.
  • Oversee all aspects of group account management, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and strong client satisfaction.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, fostering trusted relationships and gaining a deep understanding of client goals.
  • Prepare presentations for new business and renewal accounts, clearly communicating our value and strategy.
  • Process renewals and applications, ensuring timely submissions and thorough follow up with carriers.
  • Review invoices and policy change information, facilitating corrections and maintaining data integrity.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests to uphold a superior standard of service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to preserve accounts, support retention initiatives, and maintain financial equity for the agency.

Salary Information

$80000 - $85000 Annual Salary

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience with carriers such as UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, Principal, Guardian, and EyeMed within the state of Florida.
  • 2-15 License required.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with Employee Navigator, BenefitPoint, and ImageRight is a plus.
  • Ability to process written, digital, and technical materials accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and their application.
