Job Description: Digital Experience Manager (On-Site | Cleveland, OH Area)

 

KELTEC is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead our digital ecosystem and commercial technology stack. This role manages KELTEC's primary website and customer portal, as well as multiple end-user websites, and leads the effort to consolidate these properties onto a single technology platform. Partnering with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and external vendors, you will ensure accurate product syndication across channels, administer HubSpot, and drive a connected customer experience that increases user adoption, leads, and revenue.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

Digital platform management (Web, Portal, and MarTech)

  • Own day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of KELTEC's website, customer portal, and end-user sites (uptime, UX, content, conversion, and governance).
  • Lead consolidation of end-user websites onto KELTEC's standardized platform; define requirements, migration plan, QA, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own the commercial tech stack roadmap and administration: Shopify Plus, Pimcore, HubSpot, analytics/tracking, forms/lead capture, and related tools.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and content across web properties, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), and ERP/integrations (e.g., NetSuite)

 

 

HubSpot administration (Marketing, Sales, Service)

  • Administer HubSpot configuration (properties, lists, lifecycle stages, permissions, pipelines, workflows/automation, lead routing, and dashboards).
  • Maintain data hygiene and reporting accuracy; improve usability and adoption for Sales and Service teams.

 

Vendor management and program leadership

  • Manage third-party partners (developers, integration partners, agencies): scope, prioritize, coordinate timelines, test, and launch enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements; lead projects from discovery through delivery while aligning stakeholders on outcomes and KPIs.

 

Demand generation

  • Set demand generation strategy, targets, and measurement for paid search and lifecycle/email programs; direct agencies that executes campaigns.
  • Run performance cadences (weekly/monthly reviews), align budgets and priorities, and drive optimizations tied to lead quality and revenue impact.

 

Connected customer experience (CX)

  • Improve end-to-end journeys across web, portal, CRM, and service touchpoints; expand customer adoption of self-service and digital ordering/support tools.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Must-have qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital experience, ecommerce operations, marketing operations, or digital platform management (B2B preferred).
  • HubSpot administration experience (Marketing Hub required; Sales/Service Hub preferred).
  • Website/ecommerce platform experience (Shopify preferred; Shopify Plus a plus) and proven success managing agencies/vendors.
  • Strong project leadership and cross-functional communication; able to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and measurement (GA4, conversion tracking, KPI dashboards).
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Cleveland, OH area.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Pimcore or other PIM tools and product data governance.
  • Marketplace/feed experience (Amazon) and ERP/integration exposure (NetSuite and/or iPaaS/connectors).
  • SEO/CRO fundamentals and experience improving conversion through iterative testing and optimization.
