Position Summary: 


 The National Account Executive is responsible for generating new business for 828 Logistics. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for generating new business
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in CRM. 
  • Stay informed on freight market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, executable logistics solutions. 
  • Evaluate and respond to RFP's/RFQ's 
  • Other duties as assigned. 



Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years freight brokerage experience with new business development 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
