Position Summary:
The National Account Executive is responsible for generating new business for 828 Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating new business
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
- Stay informed on freight market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, executable logistics solutions.
- Evaluate and respond to RFP's/RFQ's
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years freight brokerage experience with new business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
