Central Plumbing is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, supporting the office team, and managing Port-a-Jon services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
• Manage all Port-a-Jon scheduling, pick-up, set-out, cleaning, and billing.
• Be first in line to answer all Port-a-Jon calls andassistwith calls across other business lines.
• Maintain customer records and updateServiceTitanCRMsystems.
• Assistwith office administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
