Assistant Sales Trainer

We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Trainer to support the development of our sales teams across Retail, Call Center, and MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units). This role delivers both in-person and virtual training focused on sales techniques, closing skills, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales employees
- Develop training materials and curriculum
- Conduct skills gap assessments and recommend improvements
- Partner with sales teams to address process challenges
- Monitor sales performance trends and training effectiveness
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees
- Maintain alignment with company policies and training standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience -required
- 2–3 years of sales training experience -required
- Strong communication and presentation skills -required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -required
- Prior sales experience -preferred
- Supporting sales strategy, while building effective training programs -preferred
