About this position
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team. This position is regularly scheduled for Monday-Friday.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accountsWork with customers to plan and set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive key account relationshipMeet strategic objectives in assigned accountsProactively assess, clarify, and validate account sales, marketing, and technology needs on a regular basisCollaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaderAnalyze account sales data and trends to support strategic planning and forecastingPrepare and deliver reports to Sales Leadership summarizing key performance metrics, forecast variances, and recommendations for improvementSupport the sales team with data-driven insights to help guide decisions for product launches, program adjustments, and inventory planningWork directly with customers’ internal staff in product set-up, ship dates, samples, etc.Sampling for pre/post-meetings, testing, buyer approval, etc.New product setups:Spec sheet set-up in our systemUPC / I2of5 / Label identification, creation, and approvalPackaging set-up and approvalRequest images (product, retail ready, labels, etc.)Communicate program ship dates and volumesCustomer program forecasting with sales teamCustomer program discontinue datesServe as internal point of contact on customer product assortment, pricing, and promotionsEvaluate processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyEOE M/F/D/V
