About the Role:

The Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate development and management industry by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants. This position is responsible for showcasing properties, understanding client needs, and facilitating the leasing process to ensure high occupancy rates. The Leasing Consultant will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with current tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and tenant satisfaction.

Skills:

Sales experience will be utilized daily to persuade prospective renters of the benefits of leasing a property.
