Key Responsibilities:
Manage a pediatric hospice caseload with compassionate, individualized care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support
Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Nevada
Pediatric and/or hospice experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and family-centered care skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
