Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member with at least one year of experience in the food industry to join our team. As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your catering event, ensuring high-quality service, food safety, and team performance. You’ll lead by example and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation      procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any      customer issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Uphold company policies and standards at all times
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages      teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve      service offerings.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift lead in a food      service or restaurant environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented      environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends,      and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up      to 25 lbs
• Driver's License. (Will be driving to different sites      in the whole DMV)
• U.S. Citizenship Proof
• (REQUIRED TO DO A FULL BACKGROUND CHECK)
• WILL BE SERVING FOOD TO IMPORTANT GOVERMENT SITES
