Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member with at least one year of experience in the food industry to join our team. As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your catering event, ensuring high-quality service, food safety, and team performance. You’ll lead by example and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Uphold company policies and standards at all times
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift lead in a food service or restaurant environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Driver's License. (Will be driving to different sites in the whole DMV)
- U.S. Citizenship Proof

- WILL BE SERVING FOOD TO IMPORTANT GOVERMENT SITES
