What Youll Do

  • Conduct admissions and annual medical examinations, evaluating ongoing healthcare needs.
  • Coordinate treatment planning and follow-up care for individuals requiring ongoing medical or consultative services.
  • Provide timely medical treatment, order studies, tests, and ancillary services as needed.
  • Perform minor procedures, where privileged, in accordance with facility policies.
  • Document all medical services accurately and promptly in the individual served medical record.
  • Participate in healthcare team meetings, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and infection control discussions.
  • Review non-formulary medication requests and collaborate with clinical leadership for approvals.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (required). Completion of primary care clinical rotations is required.
  • Experience: Prior relevant medical practice experience (required).
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current state license (required) and DEA registration (required)
