About this position

What Youll Do
- Conduct
admissions and annual medical examinations, evaluating ongoing healthcare
needs.
- Coordinate
treatment planning and follow-up care for individuals requiring ongoing
medical or consultative services.
- Provide
timely medical treatment, order studies, tests, and ancillary services as
needed.
- Perform
minor procedures, where privileged, in accordance with facility policies.
- Document
all medical services accurately and promptly in the individual served
medical record.
- Participate
in healthcare team meetings, continuous quality improvement initiatives,
and infection control discussions.
- Review
non-formulary medication requests and collaborate with clinical leadership
for approvals.
What Were Looking For
- Education:
Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (required). Completion of primary care clinical
rotations is required.
- Experience:
Prior relevant medical practice experience (required).
- Licenses/Certifications:
Current state license (required) and DEA registration (required)
