The team at Harrow Dental in Harrow, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist Partner on a full-time basis.
We are seeking an associate dentist to join our practice as a valued partner. They will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal candidate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
Harrow Dental has been proudly serving the Harrow community for over 50 years. As a large family-focused dental practice with 6000+ active patients, we provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages — from infants to seniors. Our services include general and preventative dentistry, cosmetic and restorative treatments, Invisalign®, emergency care, and more, all delivered in a modern, welcoming, and comfortable environment.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
• Opportunity to be partner and grow
• Full-time position, Permanent employment
• Immediate patient base with strong production potential.
• Stand Alone building with 7 OP’s with an opportunity for % of building ownership for the right candidate.
• State-of-the-art technologies/ most advanced dental instruments (iTero Scanner, Videa AI)
• Mentorship and training for newer graduates: 2 other experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist
SCHEDULE:
• 32+ hours per week
• Evenings and weekends required
COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the: Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• 1–2 years of dental practice experience is preferred; however, mentorship and support will be provided for new graduates.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
