Position Summary: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator ensures accurate, timely processing of ecommerce orders and sales samples — picking, packing, labelling, and maintaining inventory and packaging supplies — while protecting product quality and the stories behind our brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ecommerce & Samples:

· Receive online orders or sample requests and prioritize shipments based on due date.

· Pull proper items for order fulfillment using FIFO.

· Package orders with care to ensure safe arrival.

· Ship out packages utilizing UPS system and ensuring accurate data entry.

· Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping area.

Inventory Management:

· Receive all incoming deliveries for Retail department.

· Ensure all items are stored in the proper areas.

· Maintain necessary inventory of cheese, merchandise, samples, and packaging.

Customer Service:

· Communicate promptly and professionally with customers and sales team regarding orders, finding solutions for issues that arise.

Experience Required:

· Experience with picking and packing orders.

· Experience managing light inventory count.
