POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for coordinating critical operations functions including housekeeping, laundry, fleet management and transportation, inventory management and event organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinates transportation for the organization, ensuring efficiency, optimal routes, economical use and ensuring safe and timely travel
- Assists the Operations Manager with fleet management operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling and regulatory compliance
- Oversees and coordinates housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and ensures quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinates and oversees laundry operations to ensure efficiency and sage use of equipment
- Efficiently manages facility inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and proper tracking to be reported to the Operations Manager
- Assists Operations Manager to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards for areas of responsibility. Regulatory entities include but are not limited to: Health Department, OSHA, FDA, OIG, Code Enforcement, and the Department of Corrections
- Assist in organizing events that support client engagement, community building, and wellness initiatives
- Monitors key performance indicators for each operations area, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations and address challenges
- Develops and implements efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness and resource management
- Fosters positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
- Prepares regular reports on operational activities and performance metrics to be given to the Operations Manager
- Assists the Operations Manager with any special projects or other operational team needs
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the community
- Experience in operation coordination and facility management preferred
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and creative problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge and understanding of The Healing Place programs is preferred
