Are you an experienced life insurance producer who loves closing business but is tired of chasing leads? Do you thrive on building meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored solutions, but prefer to leave the marketing and prospecting to someone else? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect next step for you. We're seeking a life insurance expert with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to close business. In this role, you'll partner with our Financial Services Professionals to help move cases forward and successfully close opportunities. Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Life Brokerage, which provides life insurance solutions to Financial Services Professionals. We offer access to 30+ carriers to ensure we meet every client's needs.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals
- Take the lead in closing life insurance business generated by our Financial Services Professionals, leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills to convert opportunities into issued policies.
- Consult with Financial Services Professionals as well as the end client to ensure policies are taken to done.
- Provide strategic guidance on business development, case design, and product solutions
- Develop a rewarding career with strong income potential and the opportunity to positively impact both the financial professional and their clients' financial futures
What you Bring
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Active Life and Health licensure – Required
- 3-5 year of insurance sales experience– Required
- Strong knowledge of IUL, asset-based LTC life products, and term insurance - Preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for insurance and helping advisors deliver value to their clients

Salary Information
$60,000 - $90,000
