- Verify warranty, insurance, and service contract coverage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and review costs transparently with customers
- Set clear expectations by explaining the service process from start to finish
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Accurately document all customer interactions and service details
- Prepare detailed repair orders for technicians
- Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
