Job Description:

Talantage, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Corporate/M&A Senior Associate to join our client's New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters within a collaborative, top-tier practice group.
Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in sophisticated corporate transactions, including:
    • Private equity investments (required experience).
    • Domestic and cross-border purchase and sale transactions.
    • Strategic mergers and leveraged buyouts.
    • Corporate restructurings and joint ventures.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex transactional agreements.
  • Manage deal processes independently and in collaboration with partners and other attorneys.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates as needed.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Active license to practice law in New York (required).
  • 5–7 years of corporate/M&A legal experience, with a strong emphasis on private equity transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience with sophisticated transactional matters, including cross-border deals.
  • Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Law school transcript required with resume submittal.
