Plumbing Salesperson

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues through on-site inspections.
• Provide accurate, detailed repair and replacement estimates.
• Clearly explain findings, options, and pricing to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on open estimates.
• Collaborate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Use plumbing knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and ensure estimates follow company standards.

Salary:

Hourly or Commission options available. Average $125-150,000 annual plus sales bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• 3-5 yrs plumbing experience
• Construction experience (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school education or equivalent (Preferred)
