Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is looking for a Full-Time Landscaper!

What you'll be doing 

Join our landscaping crew and help maintain the exteriors of our various Seattle properties.  An eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the drive to improve are some qualities we look for in the right candidate. Some of the duties include:

• Maintain apartment building lawns, garden beds, roofs and gutters
• Irrigation systems
• Container pots and hanging baskets
• Pressure washing and graffiti removal

What we need from you 

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Be comfortable working with power tools
• Learning and cooperative attitude
