About this position

Position Description: The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and help scale Mediaplus North America's next chapter of growth.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You'll extend the CEO's capacity across her three core responsibilitiestalent, clients, and growthwhile handling the day-to-day tasks that keep her effective. Some days you'll be building a pitch deck for a major prospect. On other days you'll be managing her calendar or planning a team outing. The through-line is this: you execute at the level the CEO expects no matter the task.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a front-row seat to build a companyand is willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Position Responsibilities: Fuel growth:
  • Support new business development from prospecting through pitching to winning
  • Build pitch decks, research prospects, and help prepare for client presentations
  • Keep the pipeline organized and moving, track outreach, follow-ups, and next steps
  • Identify opportunities and surface insights that support the CEO's growth efforts
Support client relationships:
  • Ensure the CEO has time and space to connect with clients as people
  • Prepare for client meetings, agendas, background, follow-ups
  • Track client health and flag anything that needs the CEO's attention
Enable talent development:
  • Support the CEO's efforts to nurture top performers and help them grow
  • Assist with preparation for performance conversations, development planning, and recognition moments
  • Help plan team events that reinforce culture and connection
Keep the CEO effective:
  • Manage her calendar with precision and good judgment
  • Handle expenses, travel logistics, and administrative tasks
  • Plan team outings and culture moments
  • Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What you Bring -
  • 35+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager role
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • A proactive problem-solver with a get it done mindset
Qualifications -
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, agency, or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects and priorities with precision
  • Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and visual (decks matter here)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Co-Pilot and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or founders is a strong plus
