About the Role
Dream Hollywood Rooftop is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bussers / Food Runners to support our service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is essential to the flow of service, ensuring that tables are turned efficiently, food is delivered promptly, and the rooftop environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
Support servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure accuracy and proper presentation of all food items before delivery
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest pathways
Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate service support requests
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and hospitality-driven team environment
Qualifications
Previous busser, runner, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
Must have open availability for breakfast, brunch, and lunch shifts
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and supplies (up to 25 lbs)
Comfortable working in an outdoor rooftop environment and varying weather conditions
