Warehouse Associate – Part Time
Location: Jupiter, Florida

Employment Type: Part-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-1pm (Approx 20 hours per week)
Note this is a PART TIME position in Jupiter, FL.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with shipping/receiving, and delivering materials to crews and clients. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the physical condition of the warehouse and office by doing general maintenance, cleaning, and keeping work areas free of debris.
- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned.
- Perform inventory control: inspect, verify quantities, organize, and store materials.
- Maintain accurate records by updating logs, documentation, and preparing for audits.
- Manage shipping and receiving operations: package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Inspect trucks, trailers, and major equipment when returned from the field.
- Make minor repairs on tools and equipment
- Test tools functionally and with electrical test equipment to verify that they meet safety standards and are safe for field usage.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts.
- Drive company vehicles and tow trailers for deliveries. Ability to tow and a clean driver record are required.
- Deliver materials to field crews and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, climb, and lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn – training provided in inventory software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor quality/quantity of inventory.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
