About this position
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing industrial construction team in Evansville, Indiana.
This role plays a critical part in delivering multimillion-dollar projects and offers high earnings potential and advancement opportunities.
Salary for this role: $120,000 base, + bonus, company car, and gas allowance
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience managing $10M+ industrial construction projects
A strong background in construction management or skilled trades
Excellent leadership and scheduling capabilities
Experience working across multiple trades and disciplines
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage industrial construction projects from planning to closeout
Direct subcontractors and coordinate self-performed labor
Maintain and update project schedules using PM software
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and ISO9001:2015 standards
Handle risk management and issue resolution
Perform administrative project management tasks
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in construction
Proven track record with projects valued at $10M+
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent trade experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
