Summary
At Spire Healthcare Management, we empower people with health challenges to actively participate in life through providing a diversified menu of product and services. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, market growth and strategic direction by building a partnership with front-line leadership and collaborating with business partners. This position oversees both sales and marketing, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·        Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives such as revenue targets, market share growth, and brand awareness. Overseeing the execution of strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
·        Analyze market trends and competition, identifying opportunities and competition in the market to make strategic decisions and ensure the company remains competitive.
·        Establish and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively to support sales and marketing initiatives.
·        Monitor sales performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed to meet long-term business objectives and ensure growth.
 
Required Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (or related experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment sales).
·        7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
·        5+ years leading multi-site teams in healthcare responsibility for:
o  Functional and strategic aspects of multi-location sales and marketing.
o  Management and development teams.
o  Leadership and organizational development.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
·        Sales and Marketing expertise highlighting a deep understanding of processes and methodologies with the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
·        Results oriented – has driven consistent results over time by leading and working with multiple levels and areas of an organization.
·        Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross functional team members.
·        Proven ability to function as a change agent and change embracer within a rapidly changing environment.
·        Prior experience working in the durable medical equipment industry.
·        Exceptional relationship building skills, enabling you to build trust quickly and collaborate across functional levels, to ensure alignment around the execution of shared goals.
·        The ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
