Who are we?

We teach school students the same practical tools they’d learn with a psychologist, but in fun, interactive, relatable ways. Think engaging workshops on emotional regulation, conflict, friendships, and anxious thoughts, all delivered by passionate psych students and grads.

What the role's all about...

You’ll be the face of Toolbox in NSW, leading our growth in schools across metro Sydney. Your job is to start conversations, build trust, and help schools see how Toolbox can support their students.

in a typical week, you might...

  • Create targeted, personalised outreach campaigns to set up meetings with school leaders

  • Visit a few schools to introduce Toolbox & build relationships

  • Present at school networks or wellbeing conferences

  • Meet with peak bodies, funding organisations or associations to explore new opportunities

  • Watch a Toolbox workshop in action & connect with the school afterwards

  • Collaborate with our NSW facilitation team to ensure every school has a great experience
