Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to established recipes and quality standards

- Operate and maintain the wood fire grill to ensure optimal cooking results

- Assist in food prep, including cleaning, portioning, and organizing ingredients

- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in seafood or grill-focused restaurants

- Knowledge of seafood preparation and grilling techniques

- Ability to operate a wood fire grill safely and efficiently
