Position Title: CustodianDepartment: Facilities Location: Various Essential Job Functions:Maintain building and property in clean and orderly conditionPerform various cleaning duties Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors Gather and empty trashScrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilitiesDusts furniture, walls, and equipmentCleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansersMixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructionsFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixturesCleans and polishes fixtures and furnitureManages inventory of cleaning suppliesMaintain a high level of quality work at all times Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasksPerform other duties as assignedRepresent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner Job Qualifications/Requirements:Clean MVR (driving record) and Valid Driver’s License requiredAbility to communicate and convey information effectively Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds Knowledge of OSHA Standards Ability to obtain Arsenal and FBI Badge Dependable transportationWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required Work weekends and overtime as needed Committed to attending work each day Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Grayson Carter and Son Contracting, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
