EHS Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build a strong, proactive safety culture. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to keep our workplace safe, compliant, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage environmental, health, and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations
- Train employees on safety policies and best practices
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and Gemba walks
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Support safety committees, incentive programs, and workers’ comp claims
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, or related field
- OSHA or similar EHS certification
- 3–5 years of EHS experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations
- Confident trainer and communicator with strong leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Ability to work at a computer and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
