Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Incentives | Full-time | Permanent

Plateau Early Learning Center, opening Summer 2025, invites an experienced and passionate Director to lead the creation of a nurturing, innovative childcare environment.

What You'll Do:

Hire, coach, and inspire a team of talented teachers
Build a safe, culturally inclusive learning environment
Partner with families to support each child's growth
Oversee licensing, curriculum, and accreditation processes
Manage center operations with strong support from ownership and accounting teams
Represent Plateau proudly within the Enumclaw community

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
3–5 years experience in early childhood education
2+ years leadership or management experience
DCYF license and MERIT registration (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Creative, flexible, and ready to build a "dream center" from the ground up
