This position will help service our Madison stores including but not limited to - Park & Regent, East Washington, Monona, Sun Prairie, Janesville, and Stoughton.
With plans to open up new locations in the Madison Area in 2026 this GM will be flexible with travel and schedules in preparation to opening their own brand new store!
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily store operations—you're hands-on 70–80% of the time
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits
- Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed
- Open as early as 6 AM or close at 11 PM
- Ensure excellent service, food safety, and a clean, organized store
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Serve as the go-to leader for your team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of GM-level experience in food service or hospitality
- Strong leadership and operations skills
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background and driving record check
What You’ll Get
- Salary: $48,000–$58,000/year, depending on experience
- Bonus potential: Quarterly, based on food & labor targets (avg. $6,000/year)
