Join a Team That Keeps Operations Moving

Are you organized, detail-driven, and energized by staying active throughout the day? We’re looking for a motivated Facilities Coordinator to help keep our facilities running safely and efficiently in Spokane Valley, WA.

This is not a desk-only role. While you’ll handle important administrative and coordination duties, this position is very physically active — requiring frequent walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on coordination across the facility. If you enjoy being on your feet and staying engaged throughout your shift, this is the role for you.

At $18.88 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, and asset management while working closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting daily maintenance operations and facility performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update shared operational spreadsheets (schedules, basecamps, R&I tracking).

  • Review and prepare employee timesheets for payroll; generate attendance reports.

  • Manage and maintain the official time-off calendar.

  • Coordinate inspections and compliance for certified weights and measures scales; document all activity in CMMS.

  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Answer and route calls professionally; respond to inquiries on behalf of leadership.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Distribute supplies, materials, and equipment to teams.

  • Assist with Research & Development projects.

  • Support the Director of Facilities in managing asset and preventive maintenance programs in CMMS.

  • Coordinate sanitation initiatives and facility-related vendor services.

  • Generate KPI and operational performance reports.

  • Create and manage recurring preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Distribute and track maintenance work orders.

  • Coordinate door lock access and security requests.

  • Support Facilities and organizational operations as needed.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Physically engaging, active work environment

  • Direct collaboration with Facilities leadership

  • Exposure to asset management and preventive maintenance systems

  • Opportunity to build skills in operations coordination and facility compliance

  • Competitive hourly pay at $18.88/hr

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred

Physical Requirements (Important)

This is a physically demanding position. To succeed, you must be able to:

  • Frequently stand and walk for extended periods

  • Regularly climb, stoop, crouch, and crawl

  • Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds

  • Perform repetitive hand tasks and grasp tools/materials

  • Work in environments with moderate to loud noise

  • Be exposed to dust, fumes, vapors, and occasional workplace hazards

  • Clearly see at 20+ feet (with or without corrective lenses) and differentiate colors

If you prefer staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you’ll thrive here.

Skills & Abilities

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical focus

  • Dependable and responsive to leadership direction

  • Technically proficient (Word, spreadsheets, CMMS systems)

  • Strong in customer service and interpersonal communication

  • Organized with strong judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Committed to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy an active workday that keeps you moving, we encourage you to apply and join our team in Spokane Valley, WA.
