Lead Servers – Ashton Commons

Positions Available:

2 Full-Time Lead Servers1 Part-Time Lead Server

Location: Ashton Commons

Schedule:

Flexible daytime and evening hoursOnly one weekend per month required

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guestsOversee dining room operations during assigned shiftsTrain and mentor servers to maintain high standardsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentReliable and professional demeanor
