Description:
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). 
  • Design and manage CMMS workflows to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain asset data in CMMS, including new asset induction, creation of maintenance and calibration schedules for each asset, and modification of data as needed.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring all activities are scheduled for completion prior to due date.  Build and communicate weekly and monthly work schedules reflecting all maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Coordinate with GMP Manufacturing and Laboratory staff to schedule access to equipment for maintenance and calibration while minimizing equipment downtime and disruption to manufacturing and laboratory activities.   
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to schedule equipment maintenance and calibration, send equipment out for service as needed, ensure receipt of maintenance documentation from vendors once work is completed.
  • Upload completed preventative maintenance and calibration records into Blue Mountain RAM system.
  • Design and build weekly, monthly, and annual reports detailing on-time and past-due completion of preventative maintenance and calibration work orders.
  • Design and implement visual dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance, and resource forecasting.
  • Analyze maintenance data and recommend process improvements to increase positive outcomes in the preventative maintenance and calibration programs. 


Requirements:
  • Maintenance planning utilizing a CMMS system.
  • Experience operating Blue Mountain RAM system preferred. 
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing and/or laboratory environment preferred.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to be proactive and self-directed. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office. 
  • 5 plus years of maintenance planning scheduling experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • BS/BA degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferred.




Salary Information

$90000.00 - $115000.00 Annual Salary
