About this position
Catseye's Scheduling Coordinator's manage the schedule for all our locations including MA, CT, RI, NH and NY. They are dispatching and routing complete schedules for our Pest Management Technicians. They are in charge of confirming appointments with clients, scanning and organizing work orders.
They also handle some incoming phone calls and emails from current customers answering any questions or concerns a client may have regarding service and billing,
We are looking for an energetic individual with great communication skills who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior knowledge of the pest management industry is necessary.

Other Requirements
Applicants must have a proven track record in customer service and can demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills as well as being self-motivated.
For the right individual, there will be an opportunity for advancement into leadership roles in the near future. All new hires receive a drug test and background check. Applicants must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
