As the Foundation Administrator, you will provide support by overseeing the operations of the company’s foundation by tracking and logging activity, recommending, developing, and administering procedures and processes, assisting with grant review and approvals, and creating fundraising campaign strategies.

 Primary Responsibilties 

  • Drives and promotes employee engagement through the PRSH Foundation
  • Monitors all regulatory filings for the Foundation
  • Develops and monitors PRS Holdings Foundation operational budget
  • Keeps informed about changes in regulatory issues affecting foundations and/or nonprofits and relays information to the Board of Directors if necessary
  • Oversees grant payments and provide proper recordkeeping
  • Monitors and responds to grant inquiries
  • Reviews proposals from Regional Directors and prepares for submission to Board
  • Performs site visits as appropriate, periodic travel throughout our California and Nevada offices required
  • Supports Regional Foundation Directors for proper training, promotion and program dynamics of the Foundation
  • Works with the Foundation to draft and submit quarterly newsletter articles providing Foundation updates to our Employee Owners
  • Represents the Foundation to other Foundations, supporting organizations and grantees
  • Networks in community and participates in partnerships/collaborative opportunities with other non-profits
  • Seeks opportunities to highlight contributions of the PRS Holdings Foundation
  • Coordinates content for PRSH Foundation website page and social media platforms
  • Participates in the Employee Owner Communications Committee and assists with committee coordination
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Able to manage effective meetings and agendas, provide minutes from meetings and follow up on goals and action items
  • Proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
  • Comfortable with public speaking, presenting and facilitating meetings in front of groups
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Demonstrates flexibility to effectively deal with changing priorities and timelines through analytical problem solving
  • Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Display superior written and oral communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Maintain a tactful, mature, and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse personnel

Education and/or Experience

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or in a related field
  • Non- Profit Management Certificate, or a minor in Marketing, Communications, or a related field a plus
  • Ability to work in a High Volume environment
  • Strong communication skills in all forms
  • Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
